This release addresses an incompatibility with Push Jobs Server 1 by:

* Re-enabling TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in the default TLS configuration
* Re-enabling the AES cipher suite in the default TLS configuration

Further, Chef Server is now available on the s390x platform.
