Visual chatgpt vs GPT4 API

this may be a stupid question - I am still not able to figure out the difference between GPT-4 API and Visual chatGPT... My understanding is - Once GPT4 API will be available it can do what Visual ChatGPT does as of now.. OR I am missing something? will Visual ChatGPT consider GPT3.5 API pricing (relatively cheaper than GPT-4 API pricing)?
