Fix j, k selection when symbol in between

See test_jk_selection. It looks like j, k selection is broken if there is a symbol in between.

Env:

• ibus-chewing: 1.4.10.1-1
• libchewing3: 0.4.0+201408140531+1185~ubuntu14.04.1 (from PPA)

Steps:

1. 取消「後方選詞」
2. 輸入： ，實際，測試，
3. 以方向箭移動游標至「測試」前方
4. 「，測」顯示為反白
5. 按【↓】開啟選字
6. 出現「測」的候選清單，而非「測試」的候選清單

另一個有問題的地方：

1. 輸入 「，實際；測試。」
2. 以方向鍵移動游標向前，以 Backspace 刪除「，」
3. 再以方向箭移動游標至 「；」，然後開啟候選清單
4. 候選清單沒有出現
