Timestamp links in notes stop working after episode is marked as played #166

Description:

When I capture timestamps in a PodNotes episode note, they are normally clickable and open the correct episode at the given time in PodNotes. However, once I mark the episode as "played" (via the "Mark as played" button or command), all existing timestamps in that note stop working: clicking them does nothing, and PodNotes does not load the episode. The player stays silent or shows nothing.

If I navigate back to the episode in the PodNotes interface and start playback, the timestamp links still don't work — they remain dead.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Play any episode from an RSS feed and capture one or more timestamps (via the PodNotes command or hotkey).
  • Verify that the timestamps are clickable and correctly open the episode at the right time in PodNotes.
  • Mark the episode as "played" (either by clicking "Mark as played" while it's loaded, or via the episode list).
  • Go back to the episode note and try clicking any of the timestamps.

Observe that nothing happens — PodNotes loads the episode but ends directly without taking the correct timecode into account.

Expected behavior:

Timestamp links should continue to work after an episode has been marked as played, opening the episode and seeking to the correct time.

Observed behavior:

The links become non-functional. The episode appears to load but PodNotes cannot get to the correct time code, the episode ends directly. The episode cannot be loaded from the link.
