Error: Invalid networkType when receiving ReadProperty message

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the SETTING_BACNET_SERVER_IP_ADDRESS constant to the correct destination.
2. Run the client and server.
3. Press "r" on the client application.

I expected the message to be received and decoded successfully into a semi-readable format. Instead, I received this error: Error: Invalid networkType
