postgres:14-alpinev V3.21 does not work out of the box

As per the description postgres:14-alpine3.21 (released 2025-10-03) does not work out of the box with Chirpstack. V3.20 does work. Either the docker compose file must be updated to use postgres:14-alpine3.20, or the required functionality must be updated in Chirpstack.

I'm not sure what the issue is. When cloning the latest master, making sure none of the volumes exist on the system, pulling the latest images and doing a docker compose up, I am not experiencing any issues.

Could you share what exactly does not work and if possible why?
