Summary
Why
The current roadmap assumed a more trustworthy execution core than the codebase has today. This change adds an explicit hardening phase focused on unified routing, real approvals, patch/precondition-based edits, artifact logging, deterministic retrieval fast paths, and local-model performance before layering on more intelligence and automation.
