Allow user to close the `Camera Position` window and reopen it from the `Windows` menu. Anchor the window to bottom left, move on resize to keep it in the window. Closes #1292

Allow the user to close the camera position window if they want to. It can be reopened from the
Windowsmenu by selecting theCamera Positionoption orReset Layout.The window now anchors to the bottom left of the main viewport if it is contained inside it.
