v1.7.1 — token percent right-aligns to its column edge

Fixed

• Token percentage right-aligns to its column edge (both): the context-usage percentage
  now sits flush under the Fable percentage in column 2, instead of being left-packed with
  trailing padding whenever the Fable cell is the wider of the two. The used/total figure
  stays left and the padding moves between it and the percentage — the same treatment the
  5h/7d percentages, the Fable percentage, and the extra-usage dollars already use, so every
  percentage in the grid now stacks vertically. Purely visual; no data changes.
