Apparently Yosemite is doing some caching on the desktop image. If we touch the symbolic link, then it really does refresh the image.

This should fix #17
Yosemite is apparently caching the desktop image. This will
touchthe desktop image before reloading it so that Yosemite knows that it has been updated.
