Ops Manual: convert field/description and label/value layouts to GFM tables The HTML source uses several bespoke div layouts (field-ref, settlement-calc, the Promotion Health checklist, the role quick-reference card) for field-name + description and label + value pairs. The plain HTML->Markdown conversion flattened these into back-to-back paragraphs with no visual separation. Pre-processed the source into real <table> markup for these four patterns before reconverting, so they render as proper GFM tables.
