Track hostSessionId through the loop lifecycle to enable automatic TUI redirect when a worktree loop completes. On completion or cancellation, delete the loop's Opencode session and navigate the TUI back to the host session with a success toast. Also fix the toast directory to use projectDir instead of removed worktreeDir.
