Add missing lang attribute to A2C legal attribution

The legal attribution on the A2C badge generator correctly includes the writing direction but doesn't include the language. Make sure it's incldued

Reproduction

Go to A2C badge generator, inspect legal attribution, notice no language, switch languages, notice still no language.
