Navigation in PDF Preview is not working anymore

Navigation in PDF Preview failed with the following error:

[7464:26400:0318/183516.596:ERROR:CONSOLE(0)] "Unchecked runtime.lastError: No current window", source: chrome-extension://mhjfbmdgcfjbbpaeojofohoefgiehjai/index.html (0)

no matter how to click with ctrl + click or just click...

We found the same problem in our JCEF integration.
Environment:

Java: Adopt OpenJDK jdk1.8.0_432, 32 bit
JCEF Version = 130.1.9.331
CEF Version = 130.1.9
Chromium Version = 130.0.6723.70

Operating System: Windows 11, 64 bit
