Coming soon in the next few weeks - a tutorial on taking a real phylogenetic tree and case incidence data (from scratch) and using it in EpiFusion. Check back May 28th (and if it's not done by then feel free to raise an issue).
EpiFusion is a program for implementing a joint inference infrastructure for modelling epidemic trajectories using particle filtering.
