Variations of PermutationUnaryOperator and PermutationBinaryOperator with both raw and original permutations #231

Summary
Add variations of PermutationUnaryOperator and PermutationBinaryOperator interfaces that pass both the raw int arrays as well as the original Permutation objects to the operators. This will help ease planned functionality in Chips-n-Salsa. In particular, this issue is in direct support of cicirello/Chips-n-Salsa#452 along with all of its subissues.
