What it does

Performs a foreground BLE scan and lists discovered devices (name, address, RSSI—per implementation).

How to use

1. Open Bluetooth → BLE Scanner.
2. Wait for results; refresh if the UI offers it.
3. Select an entry for extra actions when available.

Background scanning

When Settings → Auto Scan is ON, a background BLE scanner may keep approximate device counts updated while idle (BleScan in firmware).
