Added

  • CGA boot sequence (DMNC-1047). <RetroEffects boot /> plays a ~650ms monitor turn-on once on mount: amber ignition line → raster opens from the center → warm phosphor wash settles. Compositor-only; black server-rendered first paint (no content flash); skipped under prefers-reduced-motion; onBootComplete for sequencing boot text.
