Android: Notifications for degoogled devices

For the Android app, please allow the notifications to work on degoogled devices without using UnifiedPush and ntfy.

This would only be possible (AFAIK) by constantly polling the Homeserver from Cinny, which would kill your battery life.

Other android messanging apps has this feature such as Molly (Signal fork), SimpleX.

It does suck more battery but this is a small price to pay for going degoogled. For the play store version, it should use the google push notification service

but what is wrong with UnifiedPush then? It's an Open Standard
