Choose any server when logging in or signing up & edit default servers

Please allow anyone to choose any home server on the login and register/signup page.

And the ability for the site admin to choose the default home server options to choose from.

You can already enter any server in the server field already. Also site admin can change those by deploying custom config.json

also, if you enter just your mxid like @test:matrix.org it will pickup server automatically unless the site admin particularly disabled other server login.
