  • cipi ban unban <IP> — Unban a specific IP from all fail2ban jails

  • Fail2ban hardening — Progressive banning with exponential backoff (24h base, doubles each time, 7-day cap); reduced max retries from 5 to 3; added recidive jail that bans repeat offenders for 7 days after 3 bans in 24h; migration 4.3.0 upgrades existing installations automatically
