Small note to help non-devs avoid the common "cargo: command not found" issue after rustup.
Re-submitting after main branch update (original PR circlefin#36)
Adds helpful real-time log commands so new users can easily debug when block height stays at 0x0.

As requested by @ZhiyuCircle, I am resubmitting the fix for the broken installation link in docs/running-an-arc-node.md following the auto-close from the recent history update.
Additional Improvements:
I have also added practical real-time logging commands in the Verify operation section. This helps new users troubleshoot more effectively if they notice their block height stays at 0x0.
Key Changes:
Link Fix: Updated to a clean relative link: installation.
New Commands: Included real-time journalctl commands for both the consensus and execution layers.
History: Branch has been rebased onto the latest main.
Looking forward to your review. Thank you!
