• add ability to toggle players' cursors off or on by clicking on their info in the upper left
• default to 1.5 speed for dt and 0.75 speed for ht
• display minutes and seconds into the map alongside ms
• add 0.05 as a speed (previous lowest was 0.1)
• allow the time slider to be clicked anywhere to jump to that point, instead of requiring you to drag the slider to that point
• use consistent styling with pointer cursors
