This adds two new examples one showing a scaled image at 3 different sizes
and another showing an animation scaling an image up and down.

I also noticed that I failed to run the formatting on the previous PR (and actions is not set up yet). So I also ran pre-commit this time which formatted the files from the previous PR, but no functional changes were made to them.
