docs(wiki): present Local MCP / Online / Offline editions on equal footing - Home.md: replace single-language Offline-only table with a 3-edition x EN/JP matrix so all three editions surface as first-class entry points. - _Sidebar.md: add per-edition headings and EN/JP links for Local MCP, Online, and Offline; previously only Offline was exposed. - New lightweight landing pages: User_Guide(Local_MCP_Edition)[EN].md User_Guide(Local_MCP_Edition)[JP].md User_Guide(Online_Edition)[EN].md User_Guide(Online_Edition)[JP].md Each page hubs into the matching README sections via deep anchors (Local MCP: install / config / connection / exposed surfaces / workflow / safety / troubleshooting; Online: install / user guide), and cross-links to the sibling edition guides. - Existing Offline_Edition[EN]/[JP] pages and 83 Offline child pages are unchanged; existing URLs continue to resolve.
