User Guide (Local MCP Edition) [日本語]

Network Sketcher Local MCP は、同じエンジンをローカル Model Context Protocol サーバとして公開し、AI エージェント (Cursor / Claude Code) からツール呼び出しでネットワーク設計を行える版です。 Ver 3.1.0 で追加されました。
