[Bug] Loading screen/NUI not loading/showing

Summary

When connection to a server the loading screen and NUI never show. This happens with any server i try, not a specific one. I tried to reinstall FiveM for GTAV Enhanced multiple times and also multiple times tried repair/redownload CEF. I think there is an issue with the CEF implementation on my system for some reason. My friends dont have the same issue. There are no errors in server log or client console.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open FiveM for GTAV Enhanced
2. Connect to any server
3. Wait for game to open and load

Expected Behavior

Loading screen should show and NUI should load after.

Actual Behavior

Loading screen stays black and NUI stays hidden/not displayed.

Hello, I managed to debug this issue. It seems to be some race condition - on one PC I get it 90% of the time, on another - about 50% of the time.
I tested it using qbox's loadscreen resource
When the loading screen doesn't load, the NUI devtools log a javascript error coming from error-log.js. This error tells us that the NUI handover data doesn't contain the errorLog field, which the resource passes in defer.handover.

I added a log to the function to verify

And sure enough it was logged with only an empty serverAdress

When the loading screen does show, there is no such error

So the problem is that sometimes (window)?.nuiHandoverData is null, instead of containing the data passed in onPlayerConnecting

I think that's a different problem than mine. In my case, it seems as though CEF/NUI isn't running at all. I also can't access the NUI DevTools; I just get the message “Connection refused” (apparently the port isn't even listening).

Finally found some logs. Did a full repair (after deleting the products, gamecache and servercache folder) and straight start + connect to server. Our own logs we added also show nui not being ready/available).
