1. Open any NUI page that displays text and UI elements (Tailwind, plain HTML/CSS, etc.).
2. Compare the same resource on FiveM Legacy and Cfx.re Enhanced.
3. Observe the differences in text rendering and UI appearance.

• DUI renders smoothly without flickering or shaking.
• NUI text and UI elements render identically to FiveM Legacy.
• Commands executed through RegisterKeyMapping do not produce any warnings if they are registered correctly.

Please create separate RFCs for 'DUI Flickering' and the 'NUI Text/UI Rendering' issues along with reproduceable code/resources.
