FiveM for GTAV Enhanced: Early Access Hotfix 8

Hotfix 8 follows up on our August 4 patch with a focused round of community-reported fixes from our GitHub Discussions, covering resource loading, add-on vehicles, and input handling.

What's fixed in this patch:

• LoadResourceFile returns a value for a missing file again instead of throwing an exception (#361)
• Registering three or more add-on vehicles through VEHICLE_METADATA_FILE no longer crashes the client at the end of INIT_SESSION (#162)
• The client no longer fails to connect to a server when a resource has a very large files.json (#362)
• Exceptions thrown by RPC native invokes are now caught instead of crashing the client with no resource name or call stack to diagnose (#373)
• allowRefocus and denyRefocus messages no longer leak into NUI message handlers, fixing a compatibility break with resources like ox_target
• Mouse clicks are no longer occasionally missed by the game, resolving a regression from a recent fix to mouse movement routing
• Improved the stability of Mumble compatibility mode, which also improved voice for setups that do not use compatibility mode
• Vehicle textures are no longer downscaled from 2048, restoring their intended resolution
• Fixed a client crash when restarting the game
• Fixed several memory leaks
• Various server-side crash and stability fixes
