Issue not solved. 
Profiler folder in Roaming\FiveM for GTAV Enhanced\profiler is empty.

Can you remove the folders from that directory. |
That did the trick!

Yeah the system does not like it creating a file when there is a folder with the same name it seems. |
Yeah, I dont expect anyone to ever get this issue again after this fix so probably no need to even check for that |

Summary
I tried run profiler, which worked. But when I wanted to save it, it returned "[01:02:33] [error] [citizen-scriptin] Invalid path 'profiler:/test.json'. It actually created a folder called test.json instead of a file. This folder has no content.
