Rename column header + remove column on copypasta output

The csv form output of our copypasta test currently has a column with an outdated name and a column that doesn't need to be shown at all (it can simply be hidden in the final output).

See screenshot

1. "unique username" should be modified to "unique userID"
2. "post identifier" column should be renamed "UPN," and what is currently titled "UPN" should be hidden from output.
