Maps, Rides and Routes Issues

Issues:

• Allow Multiple Map Rides, Routes, and Locations to be queued for download from the Phone. Don't overwrite one ride/route with another when adding it.
• Allow Routes to be Downloaded directly from Internet maps.harley-davidson.com Account.
• Provide documentation on the differences between starting a Ride vs starting a Route when they are downloaded from the phone.
• Provide consistent resuming of rides/routes when re-starting the motorcycle (such as after a gas stop). Sometimes they do not resume.
• Provide better consistency with downloading rides/routes from phone. Sometimes they do not download, are named strange numbers, or just don't queue as expected.
