Add a microphone selection to the quick settings accessible from tray

Problem

I switch between two mics all the time depending on what I'm doing - a headset when I'm on calls or moving around, and a desk mic the rest of the time. Right now changing the input device in Handy means opening the full settings window, which is a lot of friction for what is basicly a two second action I do several times a day.

Possible solution

Add a microphone selector to the tray menu, so you can switch the input device in two clicks without opening settings.

Something like:

Copy Last Transcript
─────────────
Microphone      ->
[Current model] -> 
Unload Model
─────────────
Settings...
Check for Updates...
Quit

• Tray icon -> Microphone submenu -> list of available input devices, with the currently active one checked
• Selection takes effect immediatly
• Maybe hide the Microphone menu if there's only one mic anyway

Alternatives considered

• Just using the OS default device and switching at the system level - but I don't always want Handy to follow the system default (eg system audio going to speakers but dictation on the desk mic)
• A "follow system default" option in that same submenu could complement this nicely for users who do want that behaviour
