VAD: Replace Silero by Earshot ?

Normally, I don't like to replace things that are not broken, but I'm very interested if someone wants to put up a PR for this to test it and see because I would love to drop the ONNX Runtime generally out of the app and don't mind replacing Silero if this is genuinely better

I implemented it: #1967

Mainly because I want to drop ONNX in the future and this would help provide a path for that, it will make it into the next version 0.9.7

Using Whisper v3 Turbo with Earshot enabled completely resolved an issue I previously had with German transcriptions. With Silero, longer pauses during recording would sometimes cause the output to lose all capitalization and punctuation. Since switching to Earshot, this hasn't happened a single time.

I also checked the memory usage on Windows 11 right after making the switch: as expected, RAM consumption dropped by a noticeable amount.

This is a huge quality-of-life improvement for my workflow!
