Rotation for security responses

Let's create a rotation of the person responsible for responding to security incidents posted to security@ckan.org
This person is only intended to be responsible for replying and keeping on top of progress, not necessarily doing the actual investigation and remediation.

All tech team members will still be encouraged to respond to all issues, this rotation is just to ensure one person is responsible for timely responses to the submitter and creating the advisory ticket if applicable.

Let's start with a monthly rotation, please add your name below to volunteer to take one of the upcoming months. If this rotation works for security responses then we could consider something similiar for patch releases and other project responsibilities.
