Fix intermittent hangs at boot in sched_init_smp. * kernel/sched/MuQSS.c (trylock_rq, unlock_rq) (prepare_lock_switch, finish_lock_switch): Fix rq->lock usage. (sched_init_smp): Move sched_domains_mutex lock after local_irq_disable. Move local_irq_enable call after rq sharing setup. (cherry picked from commit fa6183e)
