Clay Mates was removed in lr-316f. The requireClayMateInterview no-op export in app-skills-install.js had no consumers; delete it and clean up stale references to Mates in mention.js and project-memory.js comments. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
