I have updated almost every German translation because they were really bad previously. Many had grammatical errors or words were missing

@castdrian I changed most of the things but imo we shouldnt just start adding or removing words in different languages. I made sure that the translation is 1-1 says the same thing and uses grammatically correct German.

"Sponsoren" says exactly what "sponsors" means so chaning it to "Unterstützer" makes 0 sense because Unterstützer can mean many things.

Same thing with the other translations:
en = Remove Watch Placeholder
de = Watch-Platzhalter entfernen

and not "Watch-App Platzhalter entfernen".

We should change the english text first if its not good.

For example here:
en = Enabling any protection will append a random string to the bundleidentifiers of the apps you sign, this is to ensure your Apple ID does not get flagged by Apple. However, when using a signing service you can ignore this.

The english text never mentioned PPQ in any way so why should I add this to the german translation
