sure, some other things may need to be disabled

what is your setup? like the firmware file you installed?
because most versions have SDCARD_READONLY disabled, so you should be able to use Octoprint and write to it

if its Ender-3 S1-F4 I made a firmware file which has it enabled. you can find it only here

Hey rocker btw. On your S1 version with Sprite Extruder the offsets are a bit off. Average offsets for the Sprite are x -30.0 y -41.0. . I know its customizable but just letting you know.

it may be a couple days before I make it into a full release. as for Offsets that's what another configuration gave, I'll look into and make changes
