Document deprecation of metallb.universe.tf/loadBalancerIPs annotation #804
Description
In the getting started guide, we reference the usage of metallb.universe.tf/loadBalancerIPs annotation to force MetalLB assigning a specific IP to a control plane service. This is deprecated according to this and changed with metallb.io/loadBalancerIPs. Need to update the Kamaji Getting Started Guide to avoid issues to firt time users.
