Initial release of the package will have two observer - hash id observer and reference observer.

Hash ID Observer

A replacement for the conventional id or uuid. Nothing much fancy it's just another way to have it in your application. Except for this one, you can control the length and the characters it will generate for your records.

Reference Observer

It's common to have a reference document like CLNG/PROC/2018/08/00001. For business, or management it's essential to keep things structured and organised. This observer for sure will help developers to easily generate the document reference id.
