suggestion for usage

wondering if you would mind helping me get this working locally?

after cloning the repo, I tried unsucessfully to execute nylaws in bash (im on macOS Catalina and the default shell is now zsh rather than bash).

what I'm ultimately interested in doing is building a functional scraper for the nys laws database, which is something i haven't been able to figure out how to do through the CGI that is in place at the nys laws site. if I can get your script working, that would seemingly address the roadblock i've come up against thus far. any help would be greatly appreciated.
