Description
This PR updates our main README and localizations README. While working on improving localizations and moving some information from the main README to CONTRIBUTING I thought: Yeah, let's update the main README a little bit more.
So the PR contains a bit more than only the localizations update. But no information was lost, only moved around and I expanded the main README a bit.
