feat(clerk-js, shared, types, clerk-react): Mark commerce apis as stable

Description

This PR marks all commerce APIs as stable. Once this PR is merged no breaking changes will be permitted.

Check before merging:

• Cut a snapshot and run the most common flows to make sure thinks work properly.
• Be sure that all public methods/properties/components are named correctly

• pnpm build runs as expected.
• (If applicable) JSDoc comments have been added or updated for any package exports
