'gh issue list --sort' flag

When moderating issues it would be helpful to be able to sort by other criteria as the issue number.

Therefore a flag -s | --sort [criteria] with the following options (basically mirroring the web-version) "newest/oldest", "most/least commented" and "recently/least recently updated" would be a good start.

The --search functionality is now available and you can use it to sort results in issue/pr list commands https://github.com/cli/cli/releases/tag/v1.8.0

But, we might also consider to add a dedicated flag for sorting. I'll leave this open for a bit until our team reaches some decision.

Great, thanks again. I would appreciate an actual sort flag as this would be more intuitive.
