Links in manual pages lead to 404 because they use wrong path

Describe the bug

All the manual's links lead to 404 because the URL is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to https://cli.github.io/cli/manual/gh
2. click on one of the links in the sidebar

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected: you can see the pages.
Actual: the URL is wrong. It links to https://cli.github.io/manual/gh_pr_checkout instead of https://cli.github.io/cli/manual/gh_pr_checkout

I'd be happy to fix it up but couldn't find an obvious place to do so.

The manual site is under heavy development as per #305 ; it should be happy soon.

It didn't catch all the broken links:

In the Manual the link to Examples in use is broken.

Also the "logo link" (

) in the top left corner is leading to a 404 https://cli.github.io/ , maybe it should point to https://cli.github.io/cli/ ?
(Update: The same link exists on https://cli.github.io/cli/ )

(In case it is unrelated and I should file another issue, just let me know.)
