New customer : unable to download JointJS+, links not helpful

Introduction

Bought a license recently, trying to download JointJS+, but the links all go to a page with no downloads?

Starting here : https://docs.jointjs.com/learn/quickstart/installation

Instruction : If you have a valid license, download JointJS+ from my.jointjs.com

Result : A list of licenses, no download link. I had to provide an alternate email address (would not allow me to use the email for the primary account) to complete the license registration, which sends an email to the alternate account, which then links back to this page with no download link. Someone please explain this?
