Capture functional-data submissions (incl. MaveDB) from ClinVar

ClinVar has long allowed functional data submissions alongside regular classification SCVs, and has recently improved UI access and display of this data and added MaveDB data submissions. These are currently not captured in ClinVar-GKM releases.

If capturing these functional-data submissions is useful, we would like to work with interested community members to organize and share them in a way that is beneficial to the downstream intended use. Let us know and we can begin developing the proper design and access to these data.
