Temporal representation of ClinVar data for analytics

Provide a temporal representation of ClinVar data to support analytics on how the data changes over time — e.g. the changing nature of classifications, the rate of submission increases, changes to conflicting variants, the addition of new genes and diseases, and similar trends.

If these are useful, please indicate your use cases and make a case for their importance in comparison to the other roadmap items.
