Add three additive extensions to the aggregate (VCV & RCV) statements so consumers can query review quality and concordance/conflict directly: reviewStarRating (0–4), aggregateSignificance (0–7 significance bitmask; >4 = clinically/oncogenically significant conflict), and significanceBreakdown (per-classification counts). Also documents how conflicts are determined in the grouping layer.
